We may also use other proven Christian resources to facilitate that communication such as:  recommended outside reading, the Genesis Process, DVD lectures, small groups and/or more in-depth individual counseling.

Marriage is not easy, no spouse comes with an instruction book or illustrated how-to manual.  However, understanding your own and your mate's God-given temperament coupled with the wise use of proven communication tools can make marriage's inevitable struggles easier.

Judi Wright has gone through the painful issue of divorce herself and knows the unspeakable turmoil every family member goes through in a divorce.  However, she believes that God can heal most marriages if both parties are willing to do the work necessary to humble themselves and seek His will for their family.  She will do her best to walk your marriage through a healing process with the Lord so that together you can know His hope and joy again.

Beginning Thursday, February 11, 2010 Judi taught a 12 week evening class for women.  This class was open for women who were looking for help in determing how their relationship with their earthly father had impacted their trust and faith in the Lord.  In addition to the word of God, we used several Christian resources such as Daddy, do you love me by Allison and Rawson, What a Difference a Daddy Makes by Kevin Leman, Always Daddy's Girl and Healing for the Father Wound by H. Norman Wright.

Temperament Therapy is a tool to discover your inborn God-given temperament.  To discover your unique temperament we will use a brief questionaire that measures your needs, natural traits, strengths and weaknesses.  By understanding your individual in-born temperament you will gain knowledge to find balance and the perfect place God has designed for you. 

Together with the Lord, we can use this counseling model for your good.

No counseling in the world can help you until you are ready to help yourself.  Temperament Therapy is a good tool.  However, until your heart is willing to change, there will be no change that lasts.

Prayerfully consider if you are ready to put in the time, energy, and vulnerablity necessary for lasting change.  If you are, then working together, we will ask the Lord to re-mold your heart into His image. 

 We can never change anyone but our own selves, of course. Lasting change in you can occur, if you are willing to do the work necessary.
